Memento fills empty fields with html

When adding {{pitch}} to a note, if the word has no pitch entry in the dictionary, like 行き成り, memento will still fill the pitch field in Anki with

This leads to conditional replacement not working.

Most other fields, such as reading, are filled without extra the html syntax.

Would it be possible to do the same for pitch, if it's empty?
