Sent to from uphold to vauld with wrong tag

Hi please help, uphold is telling me that they cannot help and I’m waiting on the recipient wallet named Vauld to write back. When I scanned the tag it must have produced the incorrect number before I sent my xrp. I have the hash and the transaction was successful but did not go to my address bc the tag was wrong. How do I get the funds back to me?
