Perhaps, it's better to add bower for people who don't use component?

Possibly. I'm not really a fan of Bower and it would mean exposing globals for each plugin, which is a little gross. I'd prefer just to support Browserify and Component at this point. If you can think of a way we could expose the plugins and everything easily let me know :)
