Under "How to use" there is this step:

git clone git@github.com:riscv-non-isa/rvv-intrinsic-generator.git

This fails:

$ git clone git@github.com:riscv-non-isa/rvv-intrinsic-generator.git
Cloning into 'rvv-intrinsic-generator'...
ERROR: Repository not found.
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.
