wierd results!?

Hi, I have customized the dataset to train my own ones.
The structure of my dataset is pretty simple.

An image of a person and his/her segmentation.

First, I created the TF record to binarized those two images by pairs.

Then, run the script: train.py. But this is I have got:

I wanted to check if anyone has seen this result before.
