Migration of news posts with bulleted lists

I've noticed that on news posts with bulleted lists, the bullet points have not carried over. There is a - and then a blank line and then the text. I fixed it once but have found it on other posts. Can these be fixed automatically?

Please let me know if they can't be fixed automatically, and I will just fix them by hand as I see them.

I've fixed these by hand for now, but I'd still like to know if that formatting problem can be searched. It's generally a - alone on a line with a blank line before and after. I don't know how to search that.
