Go Links Management

As a user logged in as an officer, I want to have access to a Go Links management feature so that I can add, remove, edit, and pin go links.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given I'm logged in as an officer, when I view the Go Links Page, then I should be able to Create, Update, and Delete go links.
