I think, The problem is likely because of file-watching limitations, browser caching, or misconfigurations.

Live Server Settings:

Increase "liveServer.settings.wait" to 1000.
Enable "liveServer.settings.fullReload" and "liveServer.settings.useWebSocket": true.
Clear Browser Cache: Use Incognito mode or clear the cache to avoid caching issues.

Workspace Verification:
You have opened the folder and not just individual files in VS Code.

Disable Conflicting Extensions: Disable other extensions and restart VS Code.

Update/Reinstall: Update or reinstall Live Server in case of config corruption.

Debug:

Open Developer Tools (F12) within your browser and look for errors involving WebSocket.
Look in VS Code's output terminal to view Live Server logs.

please i want to download live server it isn't downloading
please what can i do
