Window handle not set right in zeroxes

Creation of third and subsequent zerox instances from a modified Window don't correctly update the handle. (And perhaps the contents of the tag?) I think that I have an ordering issue with the setup of new clones in Window.Init().

Start investigating at the convenient TODO().
