upgrading new astroberry installation fails

Sorry, a bit of a newby to Linux. New installation of astroberry, (image 2.0.4) following instructions/recommendation to update and upgrade. Update goes fine but upgrade fails "Errors were encountered while processing: /var/cache/apt/archives/raspberrypi-kernal_3%a1.20220308~buster-1_armhf.deb E: Sub-process usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)"
