No errors but No Sound

Hi
it seems that my setup is correct as i got no error in DATIS.log
ATIS station is created , also tried with carrier and it is fine , atis report json is created
but i can't get voice reading the report
it worked only once with WIN voice and then nothing
also tried with aws and still no error but no voice
also i can see ATIS client connected to SRS
is there any other logs i can check?
