Styling issues with GitBook 1.0

Can't see the link icon properly when you hover over a heading with GitBook 1.0. If you update the plugin.css a.plugin-anchor rule to have padding-left: 40px it works. I've no idea why 😄

Would you accept a pull-request for this one? I'm interested on this plugin feature, too :-)

I find 42px is a little nicer but that's just me.

Anyone know why this change in the plugin.css will just refuse to stick for me? As soon as I close the file and open it, the padding-left: has changed back to 30px. :(

Oops sorry y'all, I have not been on Github in a while and totally missed this. Yes, I am happy to merge this fix. I'll push a new version out ASAP.
