Libation not synchronizing after clean install

PLEASE FILL OUT THE FOLLOWING. Bug reports with limited information or lacking an attached log file may get limited or delayed help.
Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
I recently reinstalled my operating system (Ubuntu), and Libation was acting weird afterwards (kept asking for login token, wouldn't sync or download any audiobooks.) So I ran sudo apt autoremove libation, and completely removed Libation. I then reinstalled Libation using the .deb file on github. Now it won't scan my library. I moved my previously downloaded titles to a different folder so it doesn't confuse Libation.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Clean install using sudo apt autoremove libation
- Reinstall .deb file through github
- Go through guided setup
- Login using Amazon password or go to browser and copy URL
- Click "Scan library" under Import
- Login again
- See nothing
Expected behavior
I expected to see my list of audiobooks
Screenshots
See empty Libation screen again.
Platform
Linux (Pop! OS, an Ubuntu flavor.)
Log Files
Attach your Libation log file here. If your user folder contains the file "LibationCrash.log", attach that also.
Default Log File Locations
| Platform | Folder |
|---|---|
| Windows | %userprofile%\Libation |
| macOS | ~/Library/Application Support/Libation |
| Linux | ~/.local/share/Libation |
Alternative, you may open the log file folder from within Libation. Open Libation's settings, and on the first tab in Settings you can click the button 'Open log folder'.
It turned out to be a simple fix; a third-party application was preventing Libation from accessing the internet.
Thanks for following up. I'm so glad it was an easy fix. Out of curiosity, what was the offending program, if you don't mind sharing?
