Downloading Excel Files

Hello,

Am I able to download an excel file ? what I'm thinking: downaload(excelFileURL, fileName, "text/plain");

I've tried it a few times in a few different ways, but I'm not sure how else to proceed or if this is even possible.

if you are using file url you cannot use fileName and type
