Encrypting json string in C# and decrypting in javascript bug

When encrypting a Json string in both the C# and JavaScript solution it gives a different encryption string. This means that when I encrypt a string in C# and decrypt it in javascript that I get the following error: "Uncaught Error: Malformed UTF-8 data"

Json string : {'name':'John','email':'test@email.com'}
