Will make running database infra a lot easier in the long run.
Current schema is in https://github.com/robcalcroft/reflect/tree/master/src/api/sql but can just be used as a guide, there are some ownership considerations I missed in the first schema.

@benji6 has done some investigation and a relational DB is gonna be a better tool for the job.
