When new item added to wishlist - doesn't add that item to total number of items straight away.

Whenever I add an item to your wishlist - I have to refresh the page to update the total number of items in the wishlist. I have Rob a picture. There are 3 items in my wishlist but it is saying there is only 2 on the left hand side.
