Add docker support

@robcowart Hi. Thanks for the work put in here. Please consider adding docker support.

I will first be updating this to work with Elastic Stack 7.0, and then I will add the Docker support.

I have just released v1.1.0, which includes Elastic Stack 7.0 and Docker support.
