Not downloading on Mac

I get this message in the console when trying to install it through the package installer

Package Control: Error downloading package. HTTP error 400 downloading https://codeload.github.com/robcowie/SublimeTODO/zipball/1.1.3. error: Package Control

me too, but on windows.

+1 That url doesn't even look like a real github url.

Download it manually, extract it, rename it to SublimeTODO, and paste it in sublime-text/Packages, restart Sublime, Ctrl+Shift+P and type TODO.

I think package control is to blame: wbond/package_control#558, wbond/package_control#587

Similar issue with different plugins.
