Q70 constantly ask for permission

Hi,
I'm able to get the TV on, switch inputs and apps, however when I try to change the volume or other commands such as power OFF, we get a dialogue on the TV "you must give permission for home assistant." This keeps happening and "Allow" on the TV doesn't work.

TTS is not working.

Same problem here. It seems like TV is recognising each command as coming from a different device. When I looked into settings there were many "Smart Device" instances visible on the list.

How about TTS? I'm getting this:

I have set the timeout to 0 and 60, i have used the WS, QLED, and Beta protocol.... I am constantly pestered w/ the approval notification. I have confirmed that the notification setting is set to Off on the TV which should disable the approval notifications all together... Any ideas ?
