Apparently this is doable. According to these steps, you must:

  1. Get a Windows 10 ISO file [instructions here: http://betanews.com/2015/07/29/how-to-download-windows-10-and-create-your-own-installation-usb-flash-drive-or-dvd/]. However, since I'm a student at Carleton University, I can get mine here.
  2. Get Oracle VM.
  3. Follow the setup steps...

Acceptance Criteria:

  • It works
  • Also, you should get Sublime Text 3
