Better navigation in SF when word wrap is on

If word wrap is on, navigating line by line can mean that you are unable to browse really long lines due to the line spanning longer than the screen.

Also, if there are any lines that span multiple lines, "Page Down" and "Page Up" still act as if each line of the file is represented by one line on the screen. This means you can miss large amounts of the file when using these functions.
