The navbar is basic. I can make it much more appealing and add some good visual effects to it to make it eye catching. Please assign this task to me.

The navbar is disorganized except for the home and project sections I will also add hover and change the font styling. Assign me this task

I have fixed the font size, hovering color, and overall placement of all the elements of the navbar on all pages. Also I have fixed the footer in the project section and also customized some font titles. Also fixed some bugs.
