Provide brief instructions to address the software deployment system

If we're gonna use the sandbox together with our new software deployment system, I believe it's necessary to document that from within the repo just in case someone will land here without passing through our correct starting line.

A few words telling the message plus the right links to the official documentation should be sufficient.
