Undefined variable "openssl_error_string"

We have been using v3.0.0 and received a notice of an undefined variable "openssl_error_string" on line 481, while looking into it we see it has been fixed in the latest release which we have updated to however we also noticed that the same error would occur on line 451 which you might want to fix also.
