I got a version of my original plugins kinda working in TinyMCE4. Copy here: http://www.imathas.com/editordemo/tiny4mathgraph.zip
FYI there seem to be some issues with TinyMCE4 displaying MathML, so you may experience some issues. The one person using this resorted to always forcing image-based math rather than trying to display MathML in the editor.

I hope you'll have time to upgrade it to support tinymce4 with mathml instead of images.
