Cant install, terminal closes itself and mod organizer not installed.

I get the error in terminal whenever i try to complete the step of running install.sh,
'redirector binaries not found'
Is this an issue on my end where I have messed something up, I for the life of me cannot figure out what is the issue, after 2 hours of searching.

ive looked through the previous issues related to this and theyve all been closed with the update link being updated, i am downloading the zip directly from github, so im unsure why this isnt working for me.

ok so i definitely was downloading the 'clone' although i have no idea what that means, downloading from the releases tab fixes the issue.
