There is no official way to change the listening ports of the installed services

I needed to install a RockerPool node on a machine where the default 9001 was already taken. The service config command didn't offer me any way to change the ports, so I had to resort to editing manually chains/eth2/start-beacon.sh and the docker-compose.yml file in the RockerPool config directory.
