Elasticsearch allows users of the basic license to take advantage of Security and ILM. Currently RockNSM uses daily indices which are not ideal at scale. Enabling ILM out of the box would be of benefit. Elastic also allows basic security which I believe we are already taking advantage of but should verify we have everything enabled we want out of the box.
