Zoneminder 1.29 Rock-on: underlying image is deprecated

When checking the github repo as well as the docker image, they both show as deprecated (https://github.com/aptalca/docker-zoneminder/tree/v1.29 and https://hub.docker.com/r/aptalca/zoneminder-1.29).
Since we have two newer versions, that are maintained, I would propose to remove this Rock-on from the registry.
@magicalyak I assume, the version you created for Zoneminder 1.30 still works/is active, or do you feel it is essentially replaced with the Rock-on that pulls the latest version?
