Add Automatic Video Conversion options for Handbrake

Hi @FroggyFlox,

I haven't been able to update the settings from the Handbrake UI which is why I'd made this change originally. It is possible to change the settings when you run a conversion manually but obviously that's a lot less useful than just copying the files over and forgetting about them.

I definitely agree about keeping config options to a minimum, ideally they would be optional (possibly hidden under advanced settings when the rockon is installed) with a limited domain of values (dropdown would be great).

I guess it's up to you guys if you think these settings are important enough to merge.
