utorrent image stale

The image used for uTorrent.json was last updated 3 years ago. There is possibly a newer (or official) version that could replace that image?

I have looked around and there doesn't seem to be much in terms of regularly maintained images with a reasonable amount of pulls ... at the least we have the qbittorrent Rockon which seems rather competitive with utorrent, too.

@Hooverdan96 & @FroggyFlox I propose then that we simply remove the utorrent Rock-on.
