No longer works in Mavericks

There may be a missing file here, but the included app does not function in Mavericks. It crashes immediately with an Apple dialog stating it can't be opened.

Never mind. Until application security is disabled for one execution, the error indicates that the application is corrupted and should be deleted. Disabling security once though resolves the problem.
