Typing error in command "pcscan"

I think there is a typing error in the logical volume management command pcscan.
According to the man page pvscan(8) the command to scan physical volumes is pvscan.
Probably, this is just a single-character typing error, but because it affects a command name, this makes a difference between invoking the intended command, no command, or an unintended command.

Fixed by pull request #1459 (pvscan instead of pcscan)
