Describe Issue
The text install needs a complete rework, as it expects some of the parts to be like in fedora, including the already enabled network.

| Analysis | This tests expects a lot of the parts to be just there, uses a lot of time waits instead of needles and just enters commands without looking if it is correct in some parts. Ultimately it hung for me at /var/lib/openqa/share/tests/rocky/tests/install_text.pm at line 112. |
