Test suite failure of server_cockpit_default as Cockpit needle changed

Describe the bug
The Firefox changed its design including the top bar height, due to this a new needle with the new position of the Logo is needed.

To Reproduce
Run openqa-cli api -X POST isos ISO=Rocky-8.4-x86_64-dvd1.iso ARCH=x86_64 DISTRI=rocky FLAVOR=dvd-iso PACKAGE_SET=minimal VERSION=8.4 BUILD=-minimal-$(date +%Y%m%d.%H%M%S).0

Expected behavior
All the different server_cockpit_default test suites should pass.
