[8.6 Release Issues] disable kdump - format disk with enc. - boom - issue

Describe the bug
As we talked in MM and in the meeting we need to change the position of the disable kdump test in all of the test suites from before the disk formatting to right after the disk formatting, here is also the issue in picture form:

To Reproduce
Run any of the test suites, which have a disk encryption step in it (basically all without boot-iso and minimal-iso)

Expected behavior
no error

Additional information
This error is in different languages also in universal, if it can't be recognized right away:

This will most like not be necessary on the long end, the quick workaround is to move the kdump lines to after the disk encryption part in main.pm
