[8.6 Release Issues] server_cockpit_basic has needle issues

There are 2 needles which don't work anymore, these need to be updated or maybe checked why they don't apply anymore:

To Reproduce
Run these test suites:

• minimal dvd-iso
• server

Expected behavior
The needles need to match.
