Create/use 'static' HIA logo

  • "Hard-coded" name for now: "Helpful \n Information" (2 lines)
  • Only/default "red cross"-emblem as logo
    • use existing value from sheet as logo (check if existing instances/sheets use square one?)
  • Only use English for now
    • Possibly check for "switch based on language" → only EN, NL, AR, ...?

Content changes

  • Remove sheet-specific "#NAME"-values (set ar-version to correct translation.)
  • ...?

Update sheets before deployment

  • NLRC - UM: All cities
  • NLRC - UM: Other sheets (+ staging, template, etc.)
  • NLRC - FAQ: All English
  • NLRC - Internal-FAQ: All sheets
