Since the VST2 SDK is not available anymore provide a universal binary for Linux.

Don't think it's legal to distribute anything based on VST2 without a license, and Steinberg won't allow anyone (new) to license VST2 (since 2018).
Maybe there is a gray line/zone somewhere, but for now close.
