the previous command from inside boot2docker:

Host machine, macbook air

So, the trick was to run the docker-desktop script in background. So if you try: ssh docker@192.168.56.102 -p 49153 "sh -c './docker-desktop -s 800x600 -d 10 > /dev/null 2>&1 &'" and then try to connect with /Applications/Xpra.app/Contents/Helpers/xpra --ssh="ssh -p 49183" attach ssh:docker@192.168.142.142:10 it should work.

Also, I updated the Dockerfile with there was a missing sudo package. Please rebuild the image with the latest dockerfile version.
