Change column names that are currently race_id, team_id or rider_id from FirstCycling.com to include first_cycling_ as a column name prefix.

Outside of team_details, this has been fixed. When I update team_details to include a lot more information, this will be resolved.

Updated team_details to now use first_cycling_team_id instead of just team_id
