Error: You do not have read/write permission to the serial port

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Asus Eeepad Transformer Tablet PC + PL2303 USB to Serial cable
2. OS detects PL2303 as ttyUSB3
3. Run SerialPort API and configure as ttyUSB3 and 9600bps
4. Run Loopback and shows Error permission denied.


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 3.2.1 and Kernel 2.6.36.3

How to fix the permission on Asus Transformer?
