User : Changing the profile picture doesn't work

Describe the bug
When i try to change the profile picture of any user by clicking on the "Change" button, nothing happen.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Profile'
  2. Click on 'Edit the profile'
  3. Click on 'Change' under the profile avatar
  4. See... nothing happen.
