Add panel for launching roku streaming tester

One of the first things if a video isn't playing back correctly in your application is to test it in the Roku Streaming Tester app. If this is someone's first time though they likely won't have the application installed. We can help a user with this by autoinstalling the application to their device for them. The channel we want to install is 63218. We can then provide a slimmed down UI from Roku Stream/RAF tester to allow sending a deeplink to the Roku. For MVP could probably simply do a url field and a send button. This would go under the extension specific Brightscript Language section
