How to load labels in vice?

Hi,

I see that VICE monitor allows a labels file to be loaded. When I'm debugging in VICE I would like the labels to already be loaded. How do I get the run/debug commands to automatically load these files? Or include them in the disk image to allow me to load it?

I'm a noob to C64 dev, So I maybe asking the above incorrectly.
