[BUG] 2025_beta2 colors in PLT displays are not shown

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Operator/Tams Tab
2. Add plt name tag and assign a name
3. Add plt color tag to one team and assign colors
4. open PLT Screen

Expected behavior
Assigned color should be visible
