Add color tag to the Penalty Whiteboard View

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
At the moment It's possible to add color tags to several screens like Operator/PLT.
Its's also possible to add different name tags to those screen but also to the whiteboard display but it's not possible to have also a color assigned.

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow to add a color tag to a team name.
