Massive spike in CPU frame time when peeking at the wrist-based pip boy

When I open the pip boy by pressing the virtual button on my wrist, CPU frame times spike and I fall into reprojection. Frame times return to normal after closing the pip boy. I don't remember this happening with the pip boy in Idle Hands, but I may be wrong.

thanks for reporting! I will look into this and see if there's something in my code i need to optimize. I might can make it so the look calculation doesn't happen every single frame.
