How compile without pulseaudio ?

Hi there, i am trying to compile usbaudio becauase the "sndcpy" needs Android 10.
cd /tmp
git clone https://github.com/rom1v/usbaudio

I need instructions for compile without PulseAudio because that is an optional component and i don't use it.
